About Nellie Loupe - Our CPT Fidelity Rating System
Nellie Loupe is a locally hosted purpose-built AI model built by our team and designed specifically to assess fidelity to Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
During testing, the system has demonstrated the ability to rate CPT sessions at a level comparable to trained human raters, providing clinicians with a consistent and confidential way to receive feedback on their CPT practice.
Privacy is built into the system by design. Audio recordings are processed securely and privately to generate a fidelity rating, and the recording is destroyed immediately after the rating is completed. The system does not send your clinical recording to or use a large language model (LLM) such as ChatGPT or other general-purpose generative AI systems. Clinicians and patients may also opt out of having their data used for further training or improvement of the model. Participation in this project does not require consent to use data for future model development.
