Consultation Toward Level 1 Provider Status: CPT for PTSD

To ensure clinicians are fully prepared to deliver a specific treatment package with confidence and competence, the Nellie Health training model includes two essential components: the Foundational Course and Case Consultation. Both are required to be recognized as a Trained Provider.

As clinicians begin implementing a new intervention or work with novel populations, it is natural for questions and complex situations to arise. Case Consultation provides the expert guidance needed to successfully navigate these challenges. Through structured consultation sessions, clinicians receive:

  • Support in applying the model with fidelity
  • Answers to clinical questions that emerge in real-world practice
  • Feedback from experienced trainers
  • Opportunities to strengthen confidence and competence in delivering the intervention

This hands-on support is essential for developing true clinical proficiency.

Consultation


We are currently offering group consultation, which will take place weekly by online platform. Each consultation session is led by a licensed mental health clinician who is a qualified CPT Trainer.
  • Delivery Method: Online via Zoom
  • Group Size:  5 - 8 Clinicians
  • Number of Group Sessions: 20

Two Cohort Groups to choose from:
  • Starting Monday November 2, 2026 12:00 EST

  • Starting Wednesday November 2, 2026 1:00 EST

Groups will only launch with a minimum of five participants. If group does not launch, this is fully refundable or we can register you in a group starting at a later date.

Must attend 15 sessions for successful completion.  Make up session are not included if you miss a session

Individual consultation sessions can be scheduled if needed to make up absences and will be charged separately.

Included with CPT Consultation:

  • Assignment of an approved CPT for PTSD Consultant
  • Initial coordination of consultant and clinician(s)
  • Once approved by your consultant, you will receive a certificate designating your status as a Level 1 CPT trained provider and eligible to be in the CPT Directory at www.cptforptsd.com.
  • 20 Group Sessions each 60 Minutes
